Several users on manganese have complained about duplicate incoming emails.
My best guess is that there is a bottleneck on procmail and spamassassin causing requests for these tools to pile up.
I think I have a permanent solution to this problem, but it will take some time to develop. As a temporary workaround, I've re-enabled the mail queue for manganese, and will just manage the queues by hand to avoid backlogs.
