minor control panel update

I just rolled out a new version of the control panel. You shouldn't notice anything different though - It's mostly xhtml cleanups from migrating the templates over to a new template system called genshi.

This version also fixes a problem where changes to a site's configuration were not being saved correctly.

Let me know if you run into any problems with it.

phpMyAdmin upgrade

I've upgraded phpMyAdmin to the latest version (2.11.2). It's giving a couple warning messages (which I'll get fixed soon), but otherwise seems to be working a lot better than the old version.

For one thing, it no longer says you can't create tables when you can.
