control panel tweaks

Starting now, when you add a domain or subdomain, instead of going directly to the advanced options (which most people don't really need) it shows you a page that explains that it'll take another hour or so for the DNS servers to start serving the domain, and up to 5 minutes for apache to start serving it.

Pretty minor change, but I know the old behavior confused a lot of people, so I thought I'd mention it.

Oh, it also makes sure there's a newline at the end of your crontab file now. :)
