new control panel ready

Well, the new control panel is up and running. I'd planned to install it along side the old panel for a test period, but some of my changes made the two incompatible.

So here's what's new:

• site configuration
• toggle suExec for cgi scripts
• toggle error logging for cgi scripts
• point the site at a particular directory uncer your "web" directory
• delete old sites!
• dns configuration
• add domains/subdomains without an associated site
• point multiple domains/subdomains at the same site
• delete domains/subdomains
• add MX records
• add TXT records (eg, for SPF)

I've also cleaned up the HTML, fixed some old bugs and added better exception handling.

I've also recently upgraded analog to version 5.91b so the logfile reports are a little nicer.

Adding, deleteing and modifying sites is still a bit slow because it reconfigures apache in real time. I'm planning to streamline that process in the next release.
