Data Center Maintenance for July 18, 2004

This email is to notify you about upcoming scheduled maintenance in the Rackspace data center facilities. In particular, this maintenance includes expanding our network capacity, increasing storage capacity for the Managed Backup service, and implementing other enhancements to our data center infrastructure to improve performance, stability, and security. Although we will make every effort to avoid any service interruption, the maintenance may temporarily disrupt or degrade service for some customers.
The operational window in the San Antonio, TX and Dulles, VA facilities is scheduled from 12:01AM to 7:00AM CDT on Sunday, July 18, 2004.
As always, we strive to minimize downtime for our customers. However, some customers may experience short outages during this period. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
