vanadium goes live

Yay!

mod_gzip installed

mod_gzip is now running on mercury and scandium. Again, this is just a filter that compressess files for browsers that support it and shouldn't require any changes for anyone. If by chance something broke on your site because of the change, please let me know.

mod_gzip on titanium

mod_gzip is now running on titanium. This should make pages load a little faster, and cut down on bandwidth usage, but otherwise make no difference to anyone.

If anyone notices any mysterious problems today, please let me know.

I'm going to see how it affects the load on this machine, and if all goes well, will install mod_gzip on scandium and mercury fairly soon.
